We brewed this amber IPA in honour of the canaries who made the ultimate sacrifice. With dank US hops and a complex blend of malts, this liquid eulogy is a knockout.

A dank, malty IPA with notes of dark roast coffee and sweet fruit. Heavy hop doses bring bitterness, pine and a dry refreshing finish.
