Our mission is to connect buyers directly to producers of amazing craft drinks and artisan foods. As such we aim to provide a bespoke and tailored experience, showing you the products which we think will most interest you. To do this we need some data, detailed below, but we will always ask you for it.

Your data

When you sign up with LOVEOURCRAFT you give us certain data voluntarily, this includes your name, email address, and other registration data you provide. We may also request for your location, which you choose whether to share, this is so we can find producers nearby and provide you with a tailored and benefitting experience. When you buy from LOVEOURCRAFT we also take, but we do not store your payment details.  We do collect and store your delivery and billing address, as well as keep a record of any items you purchase and from which producers.

Other ways we collect data

We collect usage data and performance data which tells us how smoothly our platform is running.  We use cookies to help us keep track of various data throughout the site, these are necessary to how the site runs but we also use some analytics cookies, and for the use of these we will ask for your consent.
